Hello World, and welcome to my blog, The Minimal Woman, Personal and Lifestyle Redesign. About a year ago I decided to go on a new life journey to get healthy in both body and mind. My house was overflowing with things I didn’t need and/or use and my jeans were overflowing with all the added weight I had put on. I decided it was time to change and that lead me to minimalism, lifestyle design, and Arbonne/Clean Eating.
This blog will consist of posts about my journey, my successes and failures while redesigning my person and lifestyle, recipes, some workouts, and some posts dedicated to living my life with Histamine Intolerance.
I plan to use this blog to help keep myself accountable on my journey of becoming the best Minimal Woman I can be and maybe help you become your best minimal you. To me this means minimizing the extra stuff in my house, minimizing the junk and processed food in my diet, and minimizing the time spent exercising while still getting results. I want to be the best me with the least amount of baggage and effort. We don’t need to work harder to get to where we want to go, most of the time we just need to work smarter.
I have a weight goal I am working towards, but I will rarely talk numbers when it comes to weight. It is so subjective and I don’t want anyone to think they must get to a specific number to be happy or compare my weight loss with theirs. I might celebrate big goals, but we are all different and the person trying to lose 10 pounds stresses about it as much as the person wanting to lose 100.
