The last couple weeks I have been craving coleslaw ever since I had a little at a friend’s party. That version was so creamy and sweet it was a little much, but really got my cravings going. In an attempt to combat that craving, I decided to whip up a super simple healthier version at home the other day. I have now been making it like every other day! I might be a little addicted, hehe!
It is so easy and can be whipped up in a couple minutes, so I thought I would share with all of you.
Ingredients
1 bag Organic Shredded Cabbage and Carrots from Trader Joe’s
1/2 Cup Primal Kitchen Avocado Mayo (if you want to spice it up, try their new Chipotle Lime Mayo)
1 tbsp Honey
1.5 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tbsp Everything But the Bagel Seasoning
1 tsp Salt
Recipe
All you have to do is mix all the ingredients except the cabbage together in a bowl with a whisk until completely combined. Then simply pour over the cabbage misture until well incorprated. That’s it! If you have a big family or group you might want to double or triple the batch, it is that good!
